Service application method

1. Discuss service needs with the e-commerce R&D Center of the University (hereinafter referred to as the Center), and submit an entrustment application according to the entrustment plan processing process (the format of the plan is as shown in Annex 1).

2. The implementation method, cost, project completion, time, rights and obligations of the entrusted project shall be determined by both parties after coordination and agreement depending on the nature of the project. If the entrusted case is under special circumstances (for example: limited by funds, equipment, or cannot be completed in a short period of time, or other special reasons), the center may not accept the entrusted plan after explanation.

3. The service hours of the center are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Services and Charges

1. Information management software system planning and development services entrusted by the government, research institutions or other organizations.

2. Information management software system development services entrusted by industry manufacturers and academic schools.

3. Education and training courses for information management software system development.

4. Information management software system technical consulting services.

5. Free software CMMI certification counseling services.

6. Charges for service items are determined after mutual agreement between the two parties according to the content of the project.

Delegated plan processing flow

1. The two parties will jointly discuss the content of the plan and write the entrusted plan, and the center will provide necessary assistance.

2. During the project period, the Center will provide regular reports on the progress of the project plan implementation.

3. Project acceptance, according to the content of the plan, the center will provide a complete case closing report, system documents, and arrange necessary education and training courses.

4. In addition to the system development project specification items, the subsequent system function expansion shall be stipulated in a separate system maintenance contract.

intellectual property rights

1. The use and management of the research and development achievements or intellectual property rights obtained by the project shall be handled in accordance with the "National Pingtung University of Science and Technology's Research and Development Achievement Patent Application and Technology Transfer Management Regulations.

2. Anything not covered in these regulations shall be handled in accordance with the "Key Points for the Establishment and Management of E-commerce R&D Center of National Pingtung University of Science and Technology.

3. These regulations shall be approved by the Steering Committee of the Research Center of the University and implemented after the approval of the Executive Council; when amendments are made, they shall be implemented after being approved by the Steering Committee of the Research Center of the University.
