The Last Mile of Truffle Emerging Industry-Development and Application of Smart Devices
Due to environmental changes and artificial over-exploitation, the production of wild truffles has plummeted by more than 1/10 (less than 100 tons) after a century. Therefore, artificial cultivation of truffles is currently the common focus of the world. However, there are not many successful cases of artificial cultivation of truffles, and the key factors of truffle growth lack scientific records. The R&D team cooperates across fields and integrates relevant software and hardware such as environmental sensors, network communication, cloud storage, big data, etc., and hopes to obtain monitoring data through smart technology AIoT technology, analyze and disassemble the secret of truffle growth. The team developed and designed a long-term and portable smart telemetry device to observe the microclimate changes in the truffle artificial cultivation experimental site around the clock. At present, the device is set up at the truffle test site of the Sinan platform, as shown in Figure 7. Portable devices are sent to truffle producing areas such as Australia and China to collect various local climate parameters. In the future, these data will be combined with truffle growth indicators to analyze and confirm the microclimate parameters suitable for truffle cultivation, or use these parameters to evaluate the aroma and quality of truffles, further establish an industrial model, and form a decision-making system, as shown in the figure.
Combining brand marketing and content marketing to build an e-commerce service platform
The Strategy and Brand Management Research Office of the Department of Enterprise Management is the support unit of the research center, and its research focus is mainly on combining brand marketing and content marketing to construct a marketing service structure for e-commerce service interface. In addition to providing marketing practice courses for relevant institutes (Department of Business Management and Professional Lectures of Talent College) to train students' practical ability, this framework is also transferred and applied to the practical field. The course map is shown in the figure. The research team pays more attention to the ability to produce original materials for the community, such as photography post-production, copywriting, graphic design, and marketing planning. There are 12 platforms, three social responsibility fields of the university, and support and participation in six cases of the local creation plan of the Community Forestry Research Center of the Agricultural College of the university.
